Dil Raju and Prakash Raj are producing the two versions of a bilingual film, featuring King Nagarjuna in the lead role. This is an experimental film and Nagarjuna is playing the role of a commando in this film based on the Kandahar plane hijack drama.

Prakash Raj is playing the villain in the film. It was Prakash Raj who is producing the Tamil version of the film, titled ‘Payanam’ simultaneously made in both the languages of Telugu and Tamil.

The film had completed its censor formalities recently and bagged a clean ‘U’ certificate from the Censor Board.

The film is slated for release on February 11 after the producer postponing the release of the film for several times testing the patience of the audiences in general and Nagarjuna in particular.

Most of the film was shot with Himachal Pradesh in its backdrop while a few scenes were shot in Hyderabad. The movie was directed by Radha Mohan of ‘Akasamanta’ fame.
